What it does
Learn MyDocStyle creates a reusable document-formatting template (a "MyDocStyle") from a specially prepared document that contains formatting examples — for example, your house style.
Where to find it
Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Improve ▸ Learn MyDocStyle
How to use it
- Open a document that demonstrates the formatting you want to capture.
- Open the Improve menu and click Learn MyDocStyle.
- Logiks Copilot analyses the formatting and saves it as a MyDocStyle template.
Requirements
This option appears when the MyDocStyle paths are configured. Once learned, apply the style with Apply MyDocStyle.
Tips
- Prepare one clean example document that shows each formatting case you care about (headings, lists, quotes) — the clearer the example, the better the learned style.
- Learn the style once, then reuse it across many documents with Apply MyDocStyle.
