What it does

Accept Format Changes accepts all formatting changes in a document with tracked changes — and only those, leaving content changes for you to review separately. This is a Word helper tool and does not use AI.

How to use it

  1. Open a document that has tracked changes.
  2. Open Word Helpers and click Accept Format Changes.
  3. Formatting changes are accepted; content changes remain tracked.

Tips

  • Useful after a heavy reformat when you want to keep the look but still review every content edit.
  • Content changes stay tracked, so nothing substantive is accepted without your review.
