What it does

Document Check reviews your document or selection against a predefined ruleset (a "script") — for example, a standardised contract review or a check of a use case against specific requirements. Logiks Copilot can add work comments to the text or produce a review report. The scripts are easy to create.

Where to find it

Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Analyze ▸ Document Check

How to use it

  1. Open the document you want to check (or select the part).
  2. Open the Analyze menu and click Document Check.
  3. Choose the ruleset, then review the comments or report Logiks Copilot produces.

Requirements

This option appears when a Document Check ruleset path is configured.

Tips

  • Keep rule scripts focused — one ruleset per review type (NDA review, use-case check) beats one giant script.
  • Pair with Apply Comment to implement the AI's review comments directly.
  • Run on a selection to spot-check one clause, or the whole document for a full pass.
