What it is

Logiks Copilot is an add-in for Microsoft Office on Windows that brings large language models (AI) directly into Word, Excel and Outlook — so you can translate, correct, summarise, draft and more, right where you work, without switching to a separate chat.

Bring your own AI

Unlike many tools, Logiks Copilot lets you freely choose the AI provider you work with — using your own API key, including self-hosted models. This usually saves money and keeps your data under your control: Logiks has no access to your data, and the source code is open.

Two versions

  • General Audience (GA) — the stable version.
  • Preview — gets new features earlier and is updated more often.

  • Many features depend on the AI model you configure; some need a more capable model.
  • The interface is available in English and German (switch under Settings ▸ Interface Language).
  • Free for private use; a small fee applies for commercial use.
