What it does

Find Clause searches a clause library (a collection of clauses or text blocks) and returns the ones that match your current text or topic — handy for reusing standard wording.

Where to find it

Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Analyze ▸ Find Clause

How to use it

  1. Select text describing the clause or topic you need.
  2. Open the Analyze menu and click Find Clause.
  3. Choose the library to search, then review and insert the matching clause.

Requirements

This option appears when a clause library is configured. To build the library, use Add Clause.

Tips

  • The better your clause library is organised, the better the matches — one library per topic or contract type.
  • Describe the clause you need in your own words; it matches by meaning, not exact wording.
  • Build the library over time with Add Clause.
