What it does

Improve proofreads and improves your selected text in terms of content and readability — for example, by making it easier to understand — but without adding new information. Your meaning is preserved.

Improve is the top entry of an Improve menu that also contains related one-click options: No Filler Words, More Friendly, More Convincing, Apply MyStyle, Expand Text, Apply Comment and the MyDocStyle tools. Each of those has its own article.

Where to find it

Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Improve ▸ Improve

How to use it

  1. Select the text you want to improve.
  2. Open the Improve menu and click Improve.
  3. The improved text replaces your selection (or is shown as markup, depending on your settings).

Tips & requirements

  • Improve never invents facts — if you want the text expanded, use Expand Text instead.
  • Result quality depends on the configured AI model.
