What it does
Define MyStyle analyses your writing style — based on your own documents and emails — and turns it into a reusable "MyStyle" prompt. Once defined, you can rewrite any text in your style with Apply MyStyle. You can maintain more than one style.
Where to find it
Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Analyze ▸ Define MyStyle
How to use it
- Open or select text that represents your writing style.
- Open the Analyze menu and click Define MyStyle.
- Logiks Copilot analyses the writing and saves a MyStyle prompt.
Requirements
This option appears when a MyStyle path is configured.
Tips
- Feed it several representative samples (documents and emails) rather than one short text — more material yields a better style profile.
- Keep separate styles for distinct contexts (client-facing, internal, marketing) and name them clearly.
- The result is just a prompt file; you can also fine-tune it by hand, and re-run it as your writing evolves.
